If pdf is your main thing you should get a tablet computer. The pdf system was designed for computers and printers, not ebooks. Natural light is still the very best way to read.) It doesn't lock you in to an ecosystem, leaving you free to get your books wherever you want. The O/S reacts quickly to input, the screen is always easy to see, the light isn't harsh (I never have it above 15%, mainly using it as a fill-in for natural light. But the Glo HD is light years ahead of them. I've had a Kindle and a succession of Sony products.
